When placing an order on our online store, you will receive it via Omniva parcel locker delivery within 5-14 days.


Delivery fee - € 3.00


If your order contains more than 3 pairs of shoes, your order may be split across multiple Omniva lockers (the delivery fee remains unchanged (€ 3.00), regardless of the number of lockers).


The item will be dispatched only after full payment for the order and delivery.


When receiving the item via Omniva parcel locker, the code received in the text message must be entered on the terminal sensor screen. Upon doing so, the locker door will open. Shipments in the parcel locker are stored for 7 days from the moment you receive the text message on your phone. If the shipment is not collected by the recipient within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. The returned shipment can be collected again by paying postage expenses anew.

Self-pickup option 

It is possible to pick up the goods also in the store in Rēzekne. After paying for the goods in the online store, the goods will be delivered to the store at 44 Dārzu Street, Rēzekne, within 2-3 days. Y
ou can try on shoes on the spot, if the item does not meet your expectations, we will refund the money immediately by canceling the order. We will inform you as soon as the goods are available in the store.





Return policy


Quick Returns within 14 Days

If the items purchased from our online store are not suitable or do not meet expectations, the customer has the right to return them FREE of charge and without explanations within 14 days after receiving the order, by completing the form attached to the invoice. 

The refund for the returned item will be transferred after the item is received back to the seller and processed (within 7 days). 

Return of Shipment with Return Code 

The return code is also indicated in the notification of placing the shipment or in the email. With its help, you can return the shipment to the parcel locker. Keep the original address card for the return shipment.

When returning the shipment to the parcel locker, it will print a new address card. Stick it on the shipment and place it in the locker.

Returning Items to the Parcel locker


Take the item you want to return to the nearest parcel locker. Touch the screen, select the desired language, then select the "Return Shipment" function from the menu.


  • Enter the return code you received in the text message or email on the screen.
  • Attach the printed address card to the shipment. You will find the address card in the section below the payment terminal.
  • Place the shipment in the locker that opens, close the doors, and confirm the shipment by pressing the "Confirm" button displayed on the screen.
  • If necessary, print the receipt.


If there is a barcode on the shipment, you can simply scan it after selecting the return function. Remember! It is also possible to manually enter the shipment number.


IMPORTANT: Free returns with Omniva are only provided within 14 days from the moment the item is placed in the parcel locker.


The shipment must be packed in the same way as received, nothing should be written on the shipment itself, it should only be packed accordingly and sent using Omniva's services.


NOTE: The returned item must be clean and without defects. Shoes intended for return SHOULD NOT be worn outside!


Quick returns are a convenient way to make sure you don't make a mistake with the size - if in doubt, you can buy multiple sizes, and return the ones that don't fit FREE of charge.

Please provide detailed explanation of the problem and attach photos of the defect or other evidence, as well as the order number. Our consultants will process the information within 7 days and offer possible solutions.
